The group has four divisions:

• Book Promotions - established 1967, undertakes all marketing and promotional activities
• Horizon Books - established 1986, provides the group with a full distribution service from its Cape Town warehouse
• Book Mark Services - established 1989, uses direct mail campaigns and other forms of promotion to reach specialist consumers
• Horizon Library Services - established 1999, is a member of the South African Booksellers Association servicing institutional, provincial and municipal libraries.
